CSCSHub provides chatbot development, integration, support, and automation tools tailored to small and mid-sized businesses.
You agree to provide accurate information, use our services lawfully, and not misuse or abuse any part of our systems or third-party tools integrated into your chatbot.
All content, code, designs, and configurations delivered by CSCSHub remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.
Clients are responsible for timely payments of setup and monthly fees. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
You may cancel your monthly service at any time. Setup fees are non-refundable. Refunds on subscription services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and not guaranteed.
CSCSHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our chatbot services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the last 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.

Our chatbot services do not replace emergency services or professional advice. By using our services, you agree to hold CSCSHub harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our chatbot solutions.
